: OFFICE OF SPECIAL AFFAIRS NETWORK ORDER : : : OSA NW ORDER 32 5 April 1988 |
: : ### ## |
: : : : _STRATEGIC_INFO_ : : : (Originally written by LRH on 6 March 1974. During : this time period the strategy being operated on was : to investigate and handle the spreading of false : reports, harrassment and attempted genocide by : government and police organizations against : Scientology. These investigations led to the : Rockefellers and disclosed their connections with : intelligence, media, mental health, drug firms and : banks, as well as their increasing activities to : bring about a psych controlled police state type : of society. Issued as an OSA NW Order on 5 April : 1988.) |
Miscavige, his lawyers, and his Public Relations representatives said that all Guardian Orders were "cancelled", so Scientology simply reissued many as OSA NW Orders. This way, they could keep "tech" by renaming it something else to go with the illusion that the criminals (GO staff) were ousted and the "off-source tech" issues (Guardian Orders) were cancelled. In parallel, Miscavige renamed the GO the "Office of Special Affairs". It's semantics, that's all -- an "acceptable" truth. The OSA issue date is after Hubbard's death in 1984. This proves that Scientology did not disband the Guardian's Office, despite Scientology's claims to the contrary. In reality, both GO and OSA are the same Scientology entity, internally named Division 20. The timeline appears skewed here. WILLFUL FALSE REPORTS , written nearly a year after this order, describes the investigation of government documents and employees. However, this document details the apparent fruit of that effort, namely uncovering that the Rockefellers (!) are behind the global conspiracy behind the "genocide" of Scientology. Hubbard's web of conspiracy grows here to include not only the Government and Police organizations, but now also a rich family and its connections to media, the eeevil psychs, drug firms (think Prozac), and banks. The introduction includes the phrase "psych controlled police state", a reference to a Hubbard teaching about previous lifetimes on other planets. |

: The Rockefellers financed the German beginnings of : psychiatry. |
Rather than admit that his methods are flawed, Hubbard wants this "Who"'s head on a pike. |
: : Special attention is drawn to the last sentence in the : quote as it confirms current strategic planning. : |

: "The death of the Jews was in no way necessary to : ensure the victory of nazi Germany; this hideous crime : was entirely gratuitous. Its gigantic proportions : were only realised after the war, through the Polish : Resistance had managed to contact certain deportees : and pass information to its government in London. The : warnings and threats issuing from the BBC made no : difference to the murderers' determination. With : hindsight, however, it is clear that in the eyes of : European Resistance this massacre more than anything : else legitimised, indeed sanctified, their action." |
Note that Hubbard draws parallels between the Holocaust and the "genocide" of Scientology. This same association was made in the NY Times advertisement in Scientology's fight against Germany. A high-ranking rabbi in New York soundly denounced Scientology's association of the Holocaust with the Germany situation. If Harper and Row possessed the litigous nature of Scientology and Hubbard, they would sue the pants off both. Hubbard has the chutzpah (unmitigated gall) to plagiarize Henry Michel, then copyright this work. This Network Order contains at least 75% quoted content, which pushes the envelope of what is considered Fair Use. Hubbard and Scientology are the pot calling the kettle black when they whine about "copyright terrorists" in the Internet. |

Hubbard is clearly controlling the actions of the Guardian's Office, despite Scientology's claims to the contrary during the Snow White trial. Hubbard also controlled the Office of Special Affairs. "ta" has disappeared from the dictation list. |
